退貨須知與注意事項 ● This product has a 10-day inspection period. For returns or exchanges, please contact customer service within 10 days of receiving the item. The inspection period is not a trial period, and the returned item must be in brand new condition and with complete packaging. ● If you cancel the order after more than 10 days of receiving the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost to Haojun International Co., Ltd. A handling fee of TWD 60 will be deducted from the refund. ● Once the SIM card has been used, returns or exchanges can only be processed if it is determined by customer service that the card itself has defects or malfunctions. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed for reasons other than a faulty card.
● The refund amount for card malfunctions is limited to the consumption amount of the SIM card. Please refrain from requesting additional compensation for travel disruptions, work issues, mental compensation, etc. Please consider this before making a purchase.● If you are unable to use the card upon arrival at your destination, please contact us immediately. We do not accept refund requests without prior communication and a direct return request.
● The quality of telecommunication networks varies in different countries. The construction of base stations may not be as dense as in Taiwan, and there are differences in regional and national telecommunications infrastructure. Therefore, refund requests cannot be made based on signal conditions in a few specific areas.● eSIM is a digital product, and once it is sent, it is considered a consumed item.● If your device is not compatible with eSIM or is not unlocked, we will be unable to provide a refund.
